beon. organizes a mega-event cruise for 6,000 people across the Mediterranean Sea

beon. Worldwide has organized the full production of a mega-event for international Swedish beauty and cosmetic brand Oriflame.

The event, designed and produced for 6,000 Oriflame delegates from all over the world, was celebrated in two luxury cruise ships across the Mediterranean area.

The Swedish cosmetic brand celebrated thus its Annual convention, which this year coincided with Oriflame’s 50th Anniversary. Our beon. teams also organized the ad-hoc activities specially designed for each of the destinations visited in the cruise, besides managing different entertainments, the special dinners, or the assembly of the Oriflame museum in the ships. One of the biggest moments, the Business Session, was held in Athens, at Faliro Olympic Stadium.

Our teams calculated minutiously the storage capacity available in order to maximize the space during the whole journey.

beon. was responsible of the design and production of the whole corporate customization inside both cruise ships, plus all sound and lighting elements, production, and coordination of activities between both ships.

Guests sailed simultaneously in both cruise ships from Rome, across the Greeks islands and north part of Turkey, towards Athens. The official departure and starting point of this exclusive corporate trip was coordinated by our agency with the two ships’ Masters who honked the horns to celebrate this special 50th Anniversary sailing.

Some of the memorable stops across the Mediterranean Sea were in Mykonos, and Ephesus, were the Oriflame delegates could enjoy the local flavor and different attractions of these islands and cities.

Both cruises included activities and entertainments such as the Welcome Party with amazing shows, an exhibition area for Oriflame products, and corporate sessions such as the Country Meetings and Master Classes were also coordinated by our agency in both ships in a double session.

The Oriflame museum area was structured around four main exhibitors with some of the brand’s products. Our team worked in the assembly and dismantling of new stands, with the aim of executing a brand-new display every day.

Our team at beon. Italy organized in Mykonos seven different groups of healthy and leisure moments which comprised ‘silence wellness’ activities, olive oil and wine tastings, shopping routes, or Sirtaki classes, the traditional Greek dance.

In Athens a massive Business Session was held at the Olympic Stadium of Faliro. More than 200 buses transfer all Oriflame guests to the venue in the Greek capital for 5 hours of non-stop event. Video mapping projections, awards, and other special moments were part of the largest recognition in the history of Oriflame, with more than 1,700 people coming to stage during this breathtaking Anniversary closing.

Another great moment during the cruises was the gala dinner, an exclusive design and execution for all Oriflame guests which was enlivened with opera and choreographies shows based on the history of music.

To accomplish the projections that took place on the deck, our team built bespoke LED screens for outdoor areas, which were dismantled and assembled several times during the long journey.

A unique, exclusive event never accomplished before at the sea, was the golden closing to the Oriflame 50th anniversary. A fascinating show of acrobatic spins performed by light aircrafts displaying the 50th Anniversary Oriflame logo. Shimmering fireworks in the night sky wished farewell to this magic incentive travel.
