Cátedra Ordesa together with Laboratorios Ordesa have organized the 5th edition of these International Scientific Meetings. The event was held this year at the Campus of the IESE Business School in Barcelona, on April 26th and 27th. beon. Worldwide was in charge of the general management of this meeting.
Our office beon. Events in Barcelona where the headquarters to organize these sessions addressed to paediatricians arrived from a dozen countries. 300 professionals attended this scientific meeting where innovation had a central role. Cátedra Ordesa, promoters of these meetings, is a scientific and academic institution specialized in child nutrition in Spain, and this year the lectures focused on the new horizons of infant formulas.
For its part, beon. accomplished all the production work and the elaboration of graphic signage, including several 2D giant babies of 2.5 meters, and reproductions of relevant products of the Laboratories, such as milk formula packagings in 1.5 meter formats. A graphic image that was quite celebrated by the client.
In addition, and on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the Laboratories, the first night of the event consisted of a gala dinner hosted at Casa Llotja de Mar in Barcelona, enlivened by the exclusive entertainment of famous Catalan mime comedy group Tricicle.
Among the off congress scheduled activities, the visit to Sant Joan de Deu Hospital, one of the most innovative and caring Paediatric institutions, and internationally renowned. Another highlight was a socio-cultural activity to enjoy the Catalan Modernism heritage by Antonio Gaudi.
For this cultural activity, our team elaborated a complete tourist guide of the city of Barcelona translated to English and Spanish, addressed to the cultural activities, including the visits to the Sagrada Familia, and Park Güell.
