Large-scale design, production and execution for Herbalife EMEA

This great event brought together 11,500 people: Herbalife EMEA and was held within the Fira de Barcelona. The production of the exhibition space included more than 10 different stands, photocalls, a DJ set and furniture where attendees enjoyed the moments prior to the start of the convention. In addition, we designed and produced the scenography of the plenary with a circular screen 15 meters in diameter, creation of content and shows, and backstage management. Meanwhile, in Poble Espanyol, the team was in charge of the comprehensive production of the carnival-themed party for more than 1,800 people, all of them VIP guests.
