beon. has collaborated with Prosegur in the celebration of its international convention. Work sessions that the Company organizes every three years, in a new edition that has gathered more than 500 employees from the 24 countries where Prosegur is headquartered.
The meeting opened with a plenary session at the Euroforum, located in El Escorial. There, different work teams where organized according to the different divisions’ agendas and particulars, resulting into five different conventions in one.
Seven different spaces were prepared to host the different work meetings, each of them with its own stage design, audiovisual production, and venue contents. In all these areas the event visuals was displayed in order to empower the company’s corporate image.
Besides, with the aim of providing a quick and efficient communication among attendees, a website and app were exclusively designed for this convention. As with the different venues and spaces, all communications and materials were personalized and adapted to the requirement of each work group.
With respect to the logistics, accommodation was organized in five hotels located in this destination in Madrid. beon. Events and beon. Production were responsible for the whole coordination of the corporate event and the rest of the bespoke activities.
Entertaining sessions
The convention included a more relaxed session hosted at Finca El Campillo. There, all the Prosegur divisions participated in a team building activity with ‘Escape Room’ format, where 50 groups contested at the same time to solve the different challenges displayed in several iPad devices.
Prosegur closed this convention with a gala dinner held in a singular space: La Estación, a former warehouse transformed in an event venue. Next to Sierra de Guadarrama, this space displays some of its old materials preserved to provide a unique character to the events hosted there. As in the resto of convention spaces, the gala dinner showcased its own stage design and décor, and audiovisual production.
The gala dinner encompassed the recognitions Valores Prosegur and a special party to close this International Convention 2018.
