Our Advertising division was chosen to create the new Christmas campaign for Toys“R”Us, the famous distribution company of toys and children’s products, present in numerous countries. The objective of this new campaign was twofold: on the one hand, re-positioning the brand as a specialist in the sector and recovering the love for games vs the digital world and mobile devices; and on the other, to invite parents to play and create new stories with their children, fostering family ties, education principles, and the establishing deeper bonds with the brand.
To accomplish this, we took inspiration from the popular unboxing videos children enjoy so much, providing the campaign with a fun, family tone. Three TV spots and radio slots, launched in Spain and in Portugal, which tell different stories between parents and children. A campaign that points to the essence of playing with toys and invites consumers to create their own stories and enjoy playing with their children.
