What do you like the most about your job?
The chance to work for big brands, and in very different sectors. This poses a challenge every day, but it is very easy to tackle thanks to my department colleagues, we really work side by side.

How has technology advanced in this industry?
Large-format digital printing started to expand in the 90s. The appearance of digital cameras and photography translated into a boom of reproductions demand. This scenario has not stop growing, and today both small business and multinational corporations use digital printing in all occasions.

It is a flexible and versatile technology, which can be adapted to customer needs very easily. This is especially useful in our sector, since our clients respond to very different profiles. This flexibility, together with the large number of materials and solutions available, bring endless possibilities.

This will convey a relatively low launch costs, what allow us to offer our clients a wide personalization of products, understanding by personalization has the possibility of producing small print runs with exclusive designs without increasing the production cost.

Customers, increasingly, demand a major speed in the delivery of their products. Digital printing eliminates the necessary preparation time and materials in traditional graphic production media, which minimizes delivery times.

In the future, the main challenge digital printing will face will be the quality of the inks. Being an essential element, manufacturers are devoting much of their efforts in improving durability and sustainability, allowing companies a better experience with their means of production.

Which are the most demanded trends right now?
Customers value a lot the possibility of personalize their products. The large amount of media and materials available make the possibilities unlimited. From the customization of spaces with formats known as vinyls and canvas, to bespoke small product runs with less-known techniques such as sublimation.
