How has evolved the way of planning and coordinating events?
Thanks to new technologies we have many alternatives to be able to manage the planning of an event with greater speed and efficiency. We are creating and adapting new platforms that facilitate this management, and allow us to immediately accomplish any change needed.
Which difficulties are implied by the coordination of several events in different parts of the continent?
The complexity of everything happening at once. An in order to manage all this chaos everything has to be organized down to the last detail, although new technologies and our dependable team make things much easier.

In a work like this you have to know how to adapt to changes and unforeseen events while responding quickly and efficiently. Besides, the good coordinator is into multi-professionalism, having expertise in audiovisual, assembly, design, logistics, quotations, etc.
I would add other qualities such as being a perfectionist, a go-to person, and above all, knowing how to work as a team. Let’s not forget that a coordinator is in constant contact with different providers, directing the whole process, like an orchestra conductor.
In addition to all this, a good event coordinator will know how to manage the established strategies and make of any project a great success.
