beon. France has moved this week to Toulon, a Mediterranean coastal city in the southern part of the country, to organize the event ‘Energy 2020 Toulon’ for Nu Skin, the North American beauty and wellness brand.
The chosen setting was Le Zénith Omega auditorium where more than 1,200 sales force employees gathered to celebrate the company’s 2020 launching plan.
The aim was to retain the vendors, motivate them, and showcase the different ranges of products, through an exhibition including the latest news, a plenary session, and a closing party. In addition, this meeting was used to review the results of the previous years and pose the goals for 2020.
beon. coordinated and produced this exhibition with several stands devoted to the different product lines to be displayed. A High Tech Bar was designed for the most cutting-edge brand products, a stand inspired in nature for Epoch, and a urban feel for Nutricentials, among others.
Two activations were also accomplished to enliven the exhibition space. On the one hand, attendees had the chance to make a virtual tour with a Oculus VR headset 360º video; and on the other hand, an area with static bicycles was set so, thanks to the attendees’ pedal power, the energy generated contributed to the sustainability of the event.
