beon. flying beyond the limits at Space Congress

The Spanish Association of Defence, Security, and Aerospace Technologies has trusted beon. Worldwide to launch the first edition of the Space Congress, held in Madrid the days 9 and 10 of October 2019. A meeting that gather 600 professionals of the industry.

The main objectives were to raise awareness of the sector potential and achievements in Spain, integrate all the industry agents in a forum for dialogue and share a common vision of the future for the coming years, identifying both challenges and opportunities. The Spanish Center for the Industrial Technological Development (CDTI), the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC), the National Institute of Aerospace Technology (INTA), and the Spanish National Geographic Institute also took part in this launching.

This Congress has already invited the key figures in the aerospace industry, from Spanish astronaut Pedro Duque, former Minister of Science, Innovation, and Universities, 2019 Nobel Prize in Physics Michel Mayor, or Johann-Dietrich Wörner, European Space Agency General Directo, among other guests.

Under the claim ‘más allá de los límites’ (beyond the limits), beon. created the event image for the brand, all the communication strategy, PR actions, and the whole event execution at the Duques de Pastrana palace in Madrid.

It should be noted the creation of an official website and and its ongoing update through elaboration of contents, the planning of an online social media strategy, direct marketing actions and call-to-action, and the development of the offline communication and PR strategies during the pre-event, Congress, and post-event.

The integrated management also included the press call, relations with the media professionals, and press releases.

A fully customized space

One of the most special features in this event was the venue chose for the ocassion: a former basketball court in the Duques de Pastrana complex, which has been adapted and customized with images and ad-hoc stage elements.

Likewise, beon. teams accomplished the integral management of the event and its organization. The superb audiovisual production offered the staging of a live TV show.

The brand image created for this project provides the groundwork for this congress to have continuity with future editions.
