A escape room to engage attendees at Web Summit

beon. returns to the Web Summit, the top entrepreneur fair, to design and produce for the second year, a stand for Cisco, the leading technological and networking company.

Cisco presented a 64 square-meter stand to reach its target audience: startups, international investors, and entrepreneurs. A space designed to showcase the Company technological advances available to big companies and SMEs. The chosen formula was the launch of a escape room activity.

To achieve this, beon. has produced a stand with a lower area designed to host talks and presentations, as well as to receive clients, plus an escape room activity in the upper part.

The escape room was divided into three different areas sttled in three different years and decades: 1999, 2009, and 2019. A Cisco MeraKi Go (Wi-Fi Access device) was available to all participants to achieve the goal of a game inspired by everyday situations, and in line with the trade fair. Participants had to overcome different tests in order to get funds to launch their own startup.
