For two weeks, the three groups of vendors of the multinational catalog sales, from Russia and Kazakhstan, have enjoyed a complete training program and multiple incentive experiences across the island of Tenerife. The hotels where they stayed were the exclusive Meliá Gran Palacio de Isora and The Ritz-Carlton Abama.
The professional event was the Business Conference, which was held in the Magma congress palace and was dedicated to the land and the Drago, the great native tree of the Canary Islands. A day where professional speeches followed and some awards were given to the best sellers in the region.

The U-35 Party was held on the beach of Abama, was dedicated to water and the youngest attended. An evening that starred in one of the star products of the Amway catalog, the XS Power Drink.
The event dedicated to the wind was the Emerald Cocktail, a reception aimed at vendors with the “emerald category” in which an intimate jazz concert was offered on an outdoor terrace of the spectacular Magma complex.
In this same location the Gala Dinner was held, the last event of the week and where the greatest spectacularity was displayed in terms of visual creativity, entertainment and scenery of the entire seminar. A dinner full of surprises and performances and in which the four elements that had been present throughout the week were united, with performances inspired by each of them and a spectacular awards ceremony to the best sellers in the Russian region and Kazakh.
Before dinner, attendees visited the market expo, a commercial exhibition where the latest news from the product families of the Amway catalog were presented. In each of the stands the Many Colors 3D and animation team created an exclusive video game for each product through simulators, skill games with Kinect technology, questions and answers and Virtual Reality.
